For the beneficiary in Mexico (who will sign the contract):

• Valid official identification (INE or passport).

• Proof of income (pay stubs, bank statements, employment letter, or similar).

• Recent proof of address in Mexico.

• Other documents that the lessor or finance company may request depending on the case.

For the person supporting from the United States:

• Official Mexican identification (INE or passport).

• Valid identification in the United States (driver's license, valid visa, or green card).

• Proof of income (pay stubs, bank statements, employment letter, or similar).
• Other documents that the lessor or finance company may request depending on the case.

Additionally, the person in the United States must sign a promissory note under U.S. law to support the payment commitment. This document is used by dealers or leasing companies in Mexico as additional security, strengthening the beneficiary's claim. The promissory note is signed remotely from the United States and is subject to the laws of the corresponding state.

Approval depends only from the dealership or leasing company you work with. MandaFacil does not provide loans or financing; our role is to facilitate contact and support you in the initial process.

Leasing allows the beneficiary to use a new vehicle by paying a fixed monthly fee. This fee applies solely to the use of the vehicle and does not include additional services, unless expressly stated in the contract.

A deposit equivalent to two monthly payments is required at the start of the contract. This deposit may be refundable, subject to the terms of the contract.

During the lease, the beneficiary may:

• Continue paying month after month and continue using the vehicle.

• Buy the car by paying the previously defined residual value.

• Exchange it for another model at the end of the term.

• Return the car without penalty, complying with the conditions of the contract.

Important: All contract details, including purchase conditions, end-of-term options, and penalties for noncompliance, should be confirmed directly with the lessor or finance company. MandaFacil does not intervene in or guarantee these terms.

Yes, you can cover part or all of the monthly vehicle payment to support your family member in Mexico. They would be responsible for covering any remaining balance.
